MICHAEL CLOUD

Senior Pastor

Pastor Michael grew up in Ruston where he was raised in the Methodist Church. After a variety of career interests, he answered God's call and was instilled with passion for discipleship, missions, and evangelism. KELLY ANDRES

Business Administrator

Kelly serves as our Business Administrator here at Covenant. She is a native of Carencro and a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Kelly and her husband, Travis, live in Lafayette and enjoy traveling—especially to NASCAR races—and spending time with family. In her free time, Kelly enjoys cooking, baking, and relaxing with their Siberian Husky, Bartleby.

TANNER BLADES

Youth & Multimedia Director

Tanner serves as our Director of Youth Ministry & Multimedia at Covenant, where he combines his passion for ministry with creativity. He grew up in Amite, Louisiana, where his faith was deeply shaped by his time in youth ministry—an experience that inspired his own calling to serve the next generation. Tanner has a passion for music & movies that he shares with his wife Camryn. He is pursuing seminary, and brings both a servant’s heart and technical skill to his work. Read More

ALLISON WOMBLE

Children's Ministry Director

Allison has been our children's ministry director for the last two years. She gets to spend her days sharing the love of Jesus with the best teachers she knows – our kids! She believes learning about God should be filled with joy, creativity, fun and laughter. She loves building a program where kids know they are deeply loved and a place they can’t wait to come back to each week!

CARRIE LEONARD

Choir Director

Carrie shares her love of music and worship each week by directing the choir here at Covenant. She has been singing since the age of three, which makes her officially older than most hymnals but still young enough to keep the altos in line. Carrie also founded Posh Bouquet in Youngsville, where her love of beauty shines through flowers as well as music. She and her husband, Scott, enjoy life with their three sons—Ben, Beau, and Braxton.

Worship Leader

Destin grew up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and has served in various ministry roles across the state. With a heart for worship, he has been a part of several music ministries, helping to cultivate vibrant worship experiences. Here at Covenant, he is passionate about fostering community and spiritual growth within our contemporary worship service.

LACY DUGAS

Custodian

Lacy has been the custodian here at Covenant for the past nine years, and can’t wait to continue serving for many more years to come! Lacy credits the people of Covenant as being like the hands and feet of Jesus in her life. Her husband is a pastor, and she is a children’s pastor. They have six wonderful children together. For Lacy, Sunday is her favorite day of the week - she loves serving others and sharing in the joy of the church.

TABITHA DRONET

Preschool Director

Tabitha's in God and passion for educating and leading children has led her to be a part of Covenant Preschool for the past 20 years. She is married and has three adult children who attended Covenant Preschool when they were younger. She now has two grandchildren who are also part of the school at Covenant! In her spare time, she enjoys reading, going to her camp in Toledo Bend, collecting pink depression glass and spending time with her family.

MEGAN HUNTER

Assistant Preschool Director

Megan has been serving for 19 years at Covenant Preschool Ministries. She went to ULL and Louisiana Tech University and obtained a bachelor's degree in general studies. She has one daughter named Kensie and one dog named Stella. She was raised in the Methodist Church and is very passionate about instilling those same Christian values in our preschool kids.
