Our program is for children 6 months through 2 years. Children who will be three by September 30th and are completely potty trained (wearing pull-ups is not considered potty trained) are eligible for the pre-kindergarten program instead of MDO.

 

Your child's immunization record must be turned in before your child enters our program. No child will be allowed to start MDO without this form on file in the office.

Snacks for MDO students are provided by Covenant. Parents provide nap mats, backpacks, and lunches for their children.
